Join us and start the future!Key Responsibilities:ESG Planning & MonitoringSupport in developing and implementing an ESG performance planning & monitoring process with focus on setting targets and metrics as well as reconciling means deployed with expected resultsIdentify and deploy digitalization and automation solutions to enhance reporting and planning capabilitiesLeverage on ERP systems to streamline environmental data collection processEnhance tagging and monitoring of environmental expendituresAssess ESG projects' financing opportunities through grants, green bonds or similar instrumentsBenchmark ESG performance against Company's targets and peersCSRD Reporting & ComplianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between disclosure requirements and datapoints (focus on GHG emissions, pollution, water and waste)Assist in the preparation of CSRD statementsSupport data collection process for additional CSRD disclosure requirements vs. FY2024Facilitate the harmonization of primary data collection processes for CSRD purposes across all sitesEngage fabs with "CSRD awareness campaign" identifying local pain points & improvement opportunities while updating walkthroughs for audit purposesCoordinate with external auditors for CSRD opinion, if requiredAssess and identify improvement opportunities for data collection for non-manufacturing sitesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Economics with Master in Sustainability as a plusESG reporting and/or planning experience in multinational companies as a plusUnderstanding of CSRD regulations and reporting requirementsEffective communication skills and understanding of multiple areas within finance, sustainability, and business operationsExperience with ERP systems and data management toolsGood command of spoken and written EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated with ability to make decisions in absence of detailed instructionsPlease note that the work location is preferably Rome or Agrate Brianza, but Geneva or Toulouse can be considered as alternative options.We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
