YOUR ROLE
Support identification of QMT priorities in alignment with Corporate External Reporting to comply with the EU Directive on Corporate Sustainability ("CSRD") and its newly introduced reporting standards
Engage with QMT internal stakeholders to facilitate implementation of data structure and streaming from QMT functions to Corporate Finance, including relevant checks and balances to secure data quality and accuracy, and proper documentation to support future audit requirements
Contribute to ESG factors integration into QMT business strategy and operations, setting targets and metrics to measure progress towards ESG goals and regularly reporting on performance
Partner with DTIT to enhance reporting solutions
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
5+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry or Big 4 preferred
Good command of spoken and written English
Knowledgeable in ESG related disclosures and industry trends (preferred), and willing to develop expertise
Good communication skills and understanding of multiple areas within finance and business operations
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated with ability to make decisions in absence of detailed instructions
