Job Description
The ESG Private Asset Team is responsible for supporting the functional oversight of all ESG initiatives related to private assets across Generali Asset Management (GenAM). The team manages relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring the effective implementation of ESG practices at the GenAM level.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and Analysis: Conduct research on investments (direct and indirect), ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Analyze data to support ESG initiatives and reporting.Support Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing materials for meetings and presentations.Documentation and Reporting: Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to ESG initiatives and progress.Project Assistance: Provide support for various ESG projects, including tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining records.Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of ESG principles and practices. Must have:
Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
