Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our sustainability team as an ESG expert.
This role offers a unique opportunity to have an important role within our department for sustainability and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate sustainability initiatives.
As an ESG lead consultant, you will lead the team in research, data analysis, and the further development of our software to solve climate issues.
Tasks Lead the research teams on a variety of corporate, product, and supply chain sustainability issues including but not limited to conducting literature reviews; collecting, organizing and analyzing sustainability data; Lead projects on sustainability for our clients and ensure a reliable delivery of compliant GHG studies and product LCAs; Source for relevant datasets and statistics to support the calculation models; Complete ad-hoc calculations as required to support the sustainability projects; Keep organized records to support the results with clear data structuring and management of files in relevant locations; Communicate results clearly and concisely to the stakeholders; Carefully document research and work progress and maintain documents in the proper locations; Assist in editing, compiling reports and presentations and related deliverables.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in the following areas: Business / Economics / Engineering / Law / Material Science / Sustainability / Resource & Energy management 3+ years experience in Company Carbon Footprint and ESG roles Proven experience with the GHG protocol and performing life cycle assessments (LCAs) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and/or Google Workspace apps Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clear and accurate records Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Italian and English are a must Skills in consulting, project management, and research are a plus Benefits Work from anywhere you want!
