Job Description Summary:

- Main activities and responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with the main shareholder with reference to ESG matters;
- Prepare ESG reporting to the main shareholder;
- Update ESG reporting procedure and Handbook for annual data collection included in the Sustainability Report and in the reporting package to the main shareholder;
- provide data to any ESG platform identified by the main shareholder for rating purposes;
- Manage relations with third parties identified by the main shareholder (auditors, external consultants, etc.
)
- Manage new updates from a regulatory standpoint that might impact the reporting system.
- Alignment with the Communication and Stakeholder Engagement department for the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report.
- Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
- Knowledge of GRI Standards
- Proven ability to interact with ESG platforms for the purposes of compiling evaluation questionnaires (knowledge of GRESB platform is appreciated)
- Ability to interact with foreign external consultants and auditors
- Ability to interact with main shareholder and in general with members of the top management representatives
- Previous experience in the selection, implementation and management of ESG data tools
- Ability to collaborate with other functions to define rules and commitments inherent to ESG data reporting
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (mother tongue is an asset)
- At least 5 years of experience in structuring processes for ESG data collection and reporting
- Previous work experience in an ESG data auditing company is considered an asset
- Strong experience in preparing Non-Financial Statements and/or Sustainability Reports
- Ability to quickly build and foster an internal network within the group
- Strong ability to analyse and check all the data to be included in reporting documents
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
