The M&A Team in Italy is growing and looking for a motivated, junior Consultant to join them!
The M&A team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large base of clients. Consultants in the M&A team work on a wide range of interesting projects including ESG management consultancy, advisory and due diligence covering decarbonisation.
To support the successful delivery of our growth ambition, the team is looking to appoint a motivated, detail-oriented entry level ESG Consultant who will support with the delivery of ESG related services to a range of clients from the financial services (including private equity) and the corporate sector (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food etc.) and with a passion for sustainability.
Our office is in Milan, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:Conduct audits on environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues to help companies identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.Develop ESG strategy for asset managers and funds, in relation to Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).Prepare ESG reporting for asset managers and corporate clients.Support project managers in requested activities such as research for information, writing reports, proposal preparation, etc.Deliver multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.About You:Ideally 1 to 2 years of relevant experience across ESG and in a consulting environment.A master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.A specialization in energy or civil engineering or experience in the sustainability/carbon sector would be considered a plus.Working knowledge of English (C1) is required; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish).Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.To ApplyWe aim to build an inclusive culture by identifying, acquiring, developing, and retaining a highly skilled and high performing workforce which reflects the diverse global marketplace in which we operate, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religious preference, sexual orientation, physical attributes, or educational background.
