About the Company: For a prestigious multinational leader in intralogistics and industrial automation, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an ERP Specialist. The ERP Specialist, supporting the IT Manager and coordinating their team, ensures the functioning and correct performance of the application infrastructure, in compliance with group policies.
Within an international functional team, they participate in the local implementation of group initiatives and projects.
The Internal ERP Specialist will be inserted into the Internal IT team. Coordinating their resources, they will report to the relevant Manager, taking care of:
Guiding, in collaboration with the IT manager, the application renewal towards integration with group platforms and the evolution of the current landscape.Organizing and monitoring the internal ERP activities of the team (application landscape development and integration).Actively participating in local IT and Global IT team meetings.Managing and monitoring the company's application infrastructure.Being a business partner to colleagues in other business areas, analyzing business processes and defining the related IT processes.Ensuring the growth and continuous technical updating of their team.Ensuring the constant update of technical documentation.Actively participating in group projects within an international context.Managing requests from colleagues in other business areas by proposing defined and standardized processes.Relational databases (MS SQL SERVER).Advanced knowledge of ticketing systems (Ivanti ITSM) and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Sharepoint).English (level B2).Office Suite.Evolution and integration of ERP/CRM applications.Software analysis and development.People management.Relational negotiation.Teamwork.Stress and conflict management.At least 3-5 years of experience in the role.Location: Vigliano Biellese (BI)
