Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team in Milan.
In this role, you will manage our SAP system with the support of our SAP IT team and external consultants, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our European system landscape for sales, post-sales, distribution, and warehouse management.
As the ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless system operations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our business users in leveraging SAP to its fullest potential.

Duties and Responsibilities
Guarantee the expected SLA about the service for incident management.
Is the focal point in order to collect new requirements or new project initiatives.
Coordinate the team and the external consultant, distributing activities according to the business plan.
Support SAP users both for incident management and system process steps.
Perform customizing activities in SAP area to satisfy requirements for new features or as a part of a bigger project.
Coordinate and manage the business request in order to talk with the business and understand the needs for 'translating' them into system configuration.
Gathering, analysis and documentation of new business requirements and solutions in the area of SD/MM.
Responsible for the execution of troubleshooting and incident management.
Cooperate with the technical team for implementations and daily user support.
Manage the customizing tables to understand and activate the ABAP development activities when needed.
Acquainted with customizing tables to understand and coordinate ABAP development activities.
The Individual
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience with SAP, focusing on SD, MM, and WM modules.
Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes.
Proven capabilities in team coordination, coaching, and project management.
Ability to create talent development milestones that drive desired behaviours and inspire effective performance.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
Fluency in English is essential.
