Join us as an ERP Project Manager and let's make magic happen together.Role OverviewAs an ERP Project Manager, you'll be an active member of Satispay Group who can investigate the essential details of ERP systems while keeping an eye on the broader company strategy.
You'll be a part of our growing Finance department captained by our CFO and Co-Founder.Your mission:Lead and manage ERP Implementation projects.
Ensure end-to-end success in the Finance department, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.Facilitate smooth ERP-driven transitions.
Address resistance, ensure positive user experiences, and support stakeholders through the transformation process.Coordinate and provide ERP user training.
Ensure Finance team members and end-users can effectively utilize the ERP system.Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.
Guarantee the ERP system meets performance and functional requirements.Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain adherence to best practices, especially in the fintech sector, throughout the ERP implementation.Your ideal profile:Extensive financial services industry experience.
You specialize in credit analysis with a deep understanding of financial services.Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment.
