In order to strengthen the Digital Transformation Journey of the Group, the company wants to insert the new position of:
**ERP PROJECT MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Analyse project brief to determine schedule plans, funding proposals and appropriate monitoring and control requirements for accomplishing stated project objectives;
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks;
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with PM team, Global key users, Local key users, Master data team & Master data planners to outline work plans;
- Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans;
- Monitor project activities ensuring quality and integrity of information in project reporting;
- Manage/Support simultaneously several assigned projects and related activities;
- Performe other duties as assigned by the Group ICT manager.
- Bachelor's degree in management engineering or higher in a relevant discipline;
- 4+ years' experience managing ERP projects, or complex business, commercial, operations and integration projects;
- Relevant experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects, preferably in manufacturing companies;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Excellent fundamental project management skills (Effective Communication, Negotiation, Scheduling & Time Management, Leadership, Technical Expertise, Risk Management, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving);
- Ability to manage projects demonstrating adherence to global PMO practices and templates (for example on-boarding, kickoff meeting, communication plan, standardized/template minutes, agenda, timetables, pre-meetings, project plans, scope documents, risk registers/FMEA, Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structure);
- Action oriented, self-motivated and organized with a high-level drive for results and perseverance while always acting in a professional and positive manner with mínimal direction;
- Clear communicator with strong ability to influence, lead and manage a team of different stakeholders, including executives;
- Sense of social and environmental responsibility;
- Availability to travel.
