ERP Business Consultant for Customer Service As a Junior or Senior ERP Business Consultant in the Customer Service Team, you will ensure optimal support for our international customers.
Responsibilities: Managing customer enquiries in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX environment;
Advising customers and handling their requirements in our ERP software solution;
Organizing and implementing training of key users (remotely);
Close cooperation and coordination with other departments as well as communication with our customers.
Requirements: High customer-orientation as well as IT affinity;
Familiarity with ERP applications or other enterprise software solutions;
Knowledge of business management procedures and company processes;
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken);
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
