Erp Application Support - Finance

We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven ERP Application Support - Finance willing to work in an adaptive organization joining our Group IT Team for taking part in finance processes within the ERP system.What you will focus on:Provide basic incident resolution to ticket-based issues, IT projects and strategic initiatives;Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily finance activities;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and business processes;Provide training and support to internal users on Finance processes, tools, and best practices;Assist in managing Finance projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements, ensuring successful completion within agreed timelines and budgets;Assist in analysis of existing business practices and mapping those practices and procedures to the existing functionality within the ERP.Requirements:Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;Basic knowledge of Finance processes;Knowledge of ERP system is a plus;Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges;A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning;Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities;Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
