At our Monza DPS site, we are seeking an exceptionally skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our ambitious PDS Business Unit.
Job ResponsibilitiesAddress mechanical and sensor-related issues on machines and equipment, even during production phases, ensuring flawless operations.Act as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery, offering technical assistance and developing the know-how for incidental maintenance.Perform diagnostics and problem-solving of malfunctions through analysis and interpretation of available data to determine and successfully implement solutions.Support production staff in using mechanical and electronic equipment, and conduct training activities for operators to improve their competence.Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions, implementing improvement projects to eliminate recurring malfunctions and boost machinery reliability.Job RequirementsA minimum of two years of experience, preferably but not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry.Willingness to work shifts.Proven technical skills in automation and high-tech machinery, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to train and support team members.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we value inclusion and collaboration, ensuring that your contributions are recognized and celebrated.
