As part of our Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesGeneral/Routine ChecksStart up and ensure the operation of the systems serving the plant.Know and strictly follow the procedures for securing the systems.Monitor consumables to ensure efficient utilization and availability.Preventive/Predictive MaintenanceInitiate scheduled preventive maintenance interventions by accurately filling out the related intervention forms, contributing to the optimization of the content.Use the maintenance management system for recording interventions.Collaborate with external technical assistance personnel on scheduled activities.Incident MaintenanceIntervene to restore faults in systems even during production phases.Collaborate with Managers to propose definitive solutions to recurring issues in production departments.Manage external technical assistance personnel from their arrival at the company and collaborate to resolve ongoing issues.Continuous ImprovementSuccessfully implement improvements on systems to optimize downtime and restart times.Requirements and QualificationsEssentialEducation/Diploma/TrainingTechnical diploma.Technical and IT KnowledgeKnowledge of GMP and safety standards.Proficiency in using IT systems and tools.Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.Understanding of thermodynamics.Knowledge of water treatment processes, freeze-drying, and sterilization.Professional ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar field.LanguagesEnglish.Personal TraitsPrecision.Organizational skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Determination.
