We are seeking an Equipment Leader to support a major international organization in managing General Assembly projects.
This role involves overseeing project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables meet quality standards, and compliance with corporate regulations.

**Job Title**: Equipment Leader - General Assembly Projects (FTE Mode)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Business Launch**
- Validate and manage project initiation forms ("FOA").
- Develop project schedules and coordinate feasibility analysis.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications in collaboration with process engineers and partners.
- Oversee supplier consultations, technical-economic analyses, and investment requests.
**2) Design and Supplier Oversight**
- Manage study schedules and supplier milestones.
- Facilitate risk analysis, FMEA, and trials.
- Validate supplier deliverables and monitor equipment assembly.
**3) On-Site Implementation and Start-Up**
- Oversee on-site equipment assembly, trials, and supplier training.
- Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Coordinate start-up activities and reliability tests.
**Deliverables Management**:
- Ensure adherence to The client guidelines and tools (DMOV, PGi v2, MERLIN).
- Manage project risks, milestones, and supplier performance.
- Produce and validate technical reports for all project phases.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Project Management**: Proficiency in managing General Assembly deliverables.
- **Technical Expertise**:Knowledge of General Assembly architecture, mechanical assembly, robotics, and flow engineering.
- **Analysis & Problem Solving**: Experience in FMEA, risk analysis, and functional analysis.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in CATIA, AUTOCAD, PGi v2, MERLIN, and MS Office.
- **Languages**:Fluency in English
- **Certifications**: Accreditation to work on electrical installations and electric vehicles.

- Regular travel across The client sites in Europe (travel expenses covered).
- Flexible work arrangements with potential for remote work.
- Weekend or night shifts may be required based on project needs.
