EPS TRAINER
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role you will be the Key change agent responsible to understand and spread the "Know-How" about World Class Manufacturing/Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology (called Electrolux Production System - EPS 2.0)
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Member of Focused Improvement pillar team, with the following objectives: to generate cost reduction eliminating the root causes of waste & losses and to improve quality and safety developing the knowledge at a factory level, regarding the methods and tools for the continuous improvement
- Daily operative support and coaching to workshops, Genba teamwork and improvement activities
- Support and lead team dedicated to the implementation of continuous improvement projects
- Support plant EPS 2.0 development roadmap
- Promote benchmark: internal (Best Practices sharing between plants) and external (planning visits to other companies to fulfil WCM gaps)
- Support the EPS 2.0 annual external audit.
ABOUT YOU
- University degree in Management, Mechanics or Logistics Engineering
- No previous experience required
- Experience in continuous improvements methods (WCM, Lean manufacturing) is a plus.
- Good Italian and English language knowledge
- Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, Access is a plus; Knowledge of WCM/Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
