We are seeking a talented and experienced Technician to install our innovative floor coating technology and serve our community with top-notch expertise and service.Key Responsibilities:Install Floor Coating Technology: Apply our advanced floor coating solutions to existing concrete surfaces with precision and care.Customer Service: Provide on-site support to clients, demonstrating exceptional White Glove service and adhering to our Jobsite Code of Conduct.Independent Work: Thrive in a role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Learning and Adaptability: Quickly learn and master new product offerings and installation methods.Team Collaboration: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment, contributing to our team's success.Requirements:Proven experience in a role that involves applying coatings to concrete surfaces.Previous experience with polishing concrete or concrete repairs.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality.Ability to adapt to new technologies and installation methods.Self-motivated and accountable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:Install our green coating technology in Naples, FL, U.S., and ensure successful completion of the installation process.Efficiently and effectively apply base coat, flake, and topcoat applications during the installation.Pay meticulous attention to detail while working on the customer's site to guarantee high-quality results.Properly prepare the floor surface before applying the base coat to ensure proper adhesion.Immediately report any issues encountered during the installation process to management for prompt resolution.Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by consistently delivering White Glove Service throughout the installation.Adhere consistently to our Job site Code of Conduct to maintain professionalism and safety standards.Accurately input notes and upload before/after pictures for each work order using our operating system.Qualifications:The Floor Installer - Epoxy Alternative in Naples, FL, U.S. should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.A competitive spirit and a strong drive to succeed in a performance-based environment are crucial qualities.Prior hands-on experience working with floor coatings, specifically epoxy or paint, is a mandatory requirement.The ability to stand for extended periods is essential for this position.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are foundational attributes.Candidates must demonstrate the capacity to meet all physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.Proficiency in giving and receiving feedback efficiently in a fast-paced setting is a must.Excellent problem-solving abilities are vital for excelling in this role.Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000About BauCon Coatings US LLC:We are the only patented, award-winning all-natural floor coating in existence.
