Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Epicenter Community Activation Specialist to lead our brand's presence in Milano.
You will play a key role in building connections within the running community, driving engagement through influencer partnerships, and executing consumer events.
Your passion for trail running, skiing, or other outdoor sports will help broaden our brand's reach across multiple activities.
Key Responsibilities Community Development: Build and foster a thriving running community in Milano through events such as demos, clinics, and local sports activities, encouraging participation and engagement.
Influencer Activation: Scout, recruit, and manage local influencers, creating impactful activation plans that grow our community and amplify our brand message.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage consumer-facing events, including races, product demos, and partnerships with local businesses, aligning with our brand strategy.
Trade Support: Develop and implement trade support programs that increase in-store traffic and brand presence.
Coordinate on-field activations and maximize store presence through consumer-focused events.
Social Media Management: Collaborate with the digital team to create and manage social media content that resonates with the local audience.
Ensure local channels reflect the brand's values and follow HQ guidelines.
Partnership Management: Work closely with international athletes, race organizers, and event partners to elevate brand exposure at key races and outdoor sports events.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze community engagement, influencer impact, and event KPIs.
Provide regular reports to optimize and refine strategies.
Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in marketing, community management, or event coordination in the sports or lifestyle sector.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Interest in trail running, skiing, or other outdoor sports is a significant plus.
Extensive knowledge of the Milano running and sportstyle communities, including local crews and clubs.
Strong understanding of social media trends and how to use digital platforms for brand engagement.
