For our own projects, we are looking for: EPC PROJECT MANAGER Ref code: CR_2410-131_ EPC Project Manager Job summary MISSION: We are looking for an experienced EPC Project Manager to oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of our Greenfuel projects.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in greenfuel production (such as biofuel, hydrogen, synthetic fuels) and possess a solid understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from planning through commissioning TASKS: Project Planning and Execution Lead and manage all phases of the EPC process, ensuring project goals align with client specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, schedule, and cost estimates, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor progress against schedule and budget, implementing corrective measures when necessary to stay on target.
Engineering and Design Oversight Oversee engineering and design activities, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the design meets operational and environmental requirements.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure constructability, value engineering, and effective integration of innovative greenfuel technologies.
Procurement and Vendor Management Oversee procurement activities, ensuring materials and equipment meet project specifications and sustainability goals.
Select and manage contractors and vendors, negotiate contracts, and supervise the performance to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
Construction Management Provide oversight for all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to the project plan, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Resolve construction-related issues swiftly and efficiently, coordinating with site teams and contractors to minimize delays or disruptions.
Risk Management and Compliance Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local and international environmental and safety standards, especially those relevant to greenfuel projects.
Implement risk management procedures and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, including environmental impact assessments and safety protocols.
Project Handover and Commissioning Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring all systems are operational and meet project specifications.
Facilitate the project handover, including final inspections, testing, and documentation, ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
15+ years of experience in EPC project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically with greenfuel projects such as biofuel, hydrogen, or synthetic fuel production.
Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project success.
Strong knowledge of greenfuel production processes, renewable energy technologies, and relevant engineering and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and familiarity with greenfuel industry regulations and standards.
Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
