Mission The ESG Product Developer ensures that products, services, or systems meet the necessary internal, EU or international requirements about ESG criteria.
Furthermore, supporting the management of existing products and the process of developing a new product to effectively meet customer expectations.
Key Accountabilities Support in the management of environment and governance new services introduction process (e.g.
feasibility analysis, preparation of business cases, document development) Contribute to the management of environment and governance product portfolio (e.g.
Services catalogue definition, identification of services to push, maintain and dismiss, pricing definition, service portfolio KPI monitoring) Contribute to the operational network and the commercial structure on related issues on new products and customer management Contribute to build and maintain strategic relationships with the main stakeholders and decision makers of the target industries, in order to boost and properly address the innovation efforts of the business unit Contribute to the proper dissemination of competences within the business unit Experience in: Management system standards and continuous improvement systems and approach Environmental audits and governance management systems including auditing skills and risk management EU Taxonomy alignment audits/assessment and DNSH audit/assessment for PNRR Sustainable finance (e.g.
ESG Linked Bond, Green, Social and Sustainability bond, etc.)
Sustainable reporting and related standards, mainly GRI, ESRS, ISSB Ability to analyze data also using IT tools to monitor progress and identify key trends, patterns and themes Education Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science Qualifications Experience in activities conducted by Certification Bodies or in roles related to certification in the field of sustainability, particularly in Environment and Governance Knowledge of mainly sustainability standards (e.g.
GRI, ESRS, ISSB, IFRS) and of the certification sector Knowledge of DNSH for PNRR Knowledge of sustainable finance instruments Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft package (e.g.
