Environmental & Permitting Specialist

RINA is looking for an **Environmental & Permitting Specialist **for its office in Genoa, Rome or Milan.
**Main Tasks**
- provide environmental consultancy services (ESHIA studies, environmental monitoring and modelling, environmental due diligences, support for permitting procedures etc.
)
- preparing technical and financial offers
- acting as team leader and/or project manager
- interfacing with clients and subcontractors and authorities
**Experience and Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in environmental studies in Italy and abroad
- 5+ years of experience in permitting procedures
- proven experience in team leadership
- experience in liaising with stakeholder and authorities
- fluent level of English, both spoken and written(knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus)
- availability to join medium/long term missions in Italy and abroad
- Good knowledge of the main office software such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team, on challenging and diversified activities and on tight schedules
- Time flexibility
