Environmental Consultant, Permitting & Environmental Impact AssessmentERM Italia is growing and looking for a motivated Junior Consultant with experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Permitting to join our successful Capital Projects Delivery team.

For this role we offer flexible working arrangements and, although our main office is in Milan, we are able to accept applications from candidates based anywhere in Italy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting and helping manage large, multidisciplinary, national projects (renewables sector).Contribute technical, subject matter or project management expertise on permitting strategies, due diligence reviews, and impact assessment deliverables (EIA, ESHIA, VIA).Demonstrating strong analytical skills, excellent writing, and presentation skills.REQUIREMENTS: Motivated to proactively contribute to a team environment, and share knowledge, skills, and ideas.Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, engineering or related field.1-3 years of experience in a consulting environment and strong knowledge of permitting practices at national level.EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) experience.Italian language is mandatory.Excellent report writing, data collation and management/presentation skills.To Apply: We aim to build an inclusive culture by identifying, acquiring, developing and retaining a highly skilled and high performing workforce which reflects the diverse global marketplace in which we operate, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religious preference, sexual orientation, physical attributes, educational background.
