What will you do?
Effettuare un'indagine sull'evoluzione della normativa, valutare la conformità del sito e proporre i relativi piani d'azione.
Allertare e supportare in caso di situazioni di emergenza, in conformità con le procedure interne.
Elaborare i requisiti di legge locali (documenti esterni al sito per le autorità locali) in materia di sicurezza ed ergonomia.
Realizzare la valutazione dei rischi professionali e dell'impatto sul sito.
Contribuire alle diagnosi ergonomiche condotte dal Responsabile Ergonomia.
Supportare la progettazione, l'audit e garantire operativamente l'applicazione delle procedure H&S.
Pilotare alcuni piani di azione H&S e supportare l'implementazione di metodologie H&S, best practice, ecc.
Migliorare le competenze H&S dei dipendenti e occuparsi di attività di formazione, campagne di comunicazione, lavoro di squadra.
Assicurare le attività operative quotidiane legate alla mansione (piano di prevenzione, reportistica).
Seguire e supportare gli audit normativi e i corsi di qualificazione in materia di H&S.
