PURPOSE
Guarantee the compliance with laws and provisions in matters of environmental protection in accordance with the Group's policies.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Guarantee the maintenance and implementation of systems in matters of environmental management, forest certification and other product environmental certifications
- Ensure the correct communication flow with the relevant authorities in matters of environmental protection
- Guarantee the correct maintenance of the granted environmental permissions and the compliance with the conditions they encompass
- Support, assist and collaborate with the other corporate depts.
on operational aspects related to environmental issues
- Guarantee the correct and efficient control of administrative processes in environmental matters, including the reporting envisaged by the Group's policies
- Ensure training on topics related to environmental safeguard
- Support the corporate Environment Dept in the management of the communication flow towards clients on environmental topics
- Responsible for the collaborators' professional growth, valorisation and motivation
- Promote a safety-bound corporate culture

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Biology.
- gained experience on management systems:
- Iso 14001
- Iso 50001 (with the collaboration of the CHP Supervisor)
- PEFC-FSC-Swanen: Entry and control of credit performance
- Emission trading: Preparation of files to be uploaded to the EU-ETS portal
- Good knowledge of the English language
