About the role: For our Alba (CN), Piedmont – Italy Group Offices, we are looking for an Environment & Energy ISO System Specialist interested in joining the Group Operations Sustainability Environment & Energy Department (DOSEE) reporting to the Regulatory&ISO System Manager.
The role contributes to the challenging achievement of the ambitious Ferrero Group Sustainability Targets within the Environmental and Energy field.
Main responsibilities: As an Environment & Energy ISO Systems Specialist you will maintain, develop and improve the integrated Environment and Energy Management System (EEnMS) in line with ISO14001:2015 and ISO50001:2018 ensuring the procedures, policies and requirements of the system are spread effectively across the business and continual improvement is maintained.
You will support the development and delivery of the ISO annual internal environmental and energy audit plan involving and coordinating local environmental referents in a multisite cross-audit system and ensure that potential non-conformances and environmental/energy incidents are formally reported and investigated, where required, and corrective actions are implemented and closed out.
In this role, you will manage the relationship with the certification body in order to ensure planned activities are performed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Group Master Services Agreement as well as manage the relationship with the Group GRC Department (Governance, Risk & Compliance) aimed to checking the ISO procedures and documents meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations in compliance with the Group governance.
Who we are looking for: You will bring your Master's Degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management or similar discipline and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
You are a certified internal auditor (ISO 14001 and ISO 50001) with an extensive understanding of relevant environmental and energy standards and the process of their implementation as well as with a practical experience in conducting environmental and energy on-site audits.
Your genuine interest in international mobility will be a valuable asset, along with a true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
High Proficiency command of business English communication together with an advanced knowledge of the MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word) are essential requirements for us.
