We are a well-established start-up winery in the heart of Toscana, where we also operate a thriving hospitality business, including an Agrihotel and Restaurant.
We are seeking a dedicated Profit Growth Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving profitability and fostering growth through innovative initiatives.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Profit Manager in Hospitality and report directly to the owner.
This role offers the exciting potential to transition into a CEO position within 3-5 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth Innovation: Develop and implement innovative programs to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Enhance private client sales by launching new initiatives, such as a Wine Club.
Oversee invoicing, shipment, and inventory management of wine.
Profitability: Analyze and enhance the winery's profitability.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Make payments and manage receivables, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
Business Management: Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance and implement those strategies.
Business Administration: Support administrative functions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Staffing: Manage staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
Corporate Integrate business and finance data for both the winery and hospitality sectors.
Maintain organized financial records and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Provide continuous reporting of business and finance data to corporate stakeholders.
Review and approve all payments and receivables related to hospitality operations.
Make corporate payments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
Communicate with external partners, including banks, accountants, and industry associations.
Infrastructure Oversee the maintenance of infrastructure, including gardens and buildings.
QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in driving growth within a company.
Demonstrated experience in managing a business or business unit.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong financial management skills and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Italian and English are a must, German is a plus.
