Cubbit works as a distributed data center, where a swarm of individual devices, orchestrated by a coordinator super-node, cooperate to virtualize a cloud storage service. As often happens in distributed systems, a big challenge is to gather data on usage and performance in order to monitor and improve the experience of users, as well as optimize resources in the swarm. We follow the principles of DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) and KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) to maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code. What you'll do: Clearly and comprehensively explain the technical architecture, features, and performance of our solutions, ensuring clients understand their capabilities and how to leverage them effectively. Actively support customer training efforts and contribute to the creation of detailed technical documentation and user guides. Address customer inquiries with precision, especially regarding how Cubbit Composer technology can be applied to meet their business needs. Help improve and organize slides and documentation to ensure the most seamless and clear adoption of the product by the end customer. Gather, organize, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights to inform product development and improvements. Must Have: IT background (through formal education, e.g., computer science, computer engineering, IT technician, through self-learning or professional experience). Good proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of network infrastructures and data center architectures, focusing on redundancy techniques and perimeter/logic/data security for HA systems. Very good knowledge of issues related to data management in enterprise environments: sharing, protection, access, and the most common technical solutions for their resolution (domain policies, file sharing protocols, etc.). Experience in a tech company, IT reseller, or equivalent. Customer-oriented, with negotiation and communication skills, also towards internal teams. Ability to interact with C-Level executives throughout all stages of the sales cycle. Autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the improvement of existing processes. Nice to have: Previous experience in a scaleup company. Other language proficiency: French, Dutch, Italian.
