We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Enterprise Sales Professional** to join our team in Italy. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale sales opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. If you have a proven track record in enterprise sales and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you. Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business in the Italian market.
**Tasks**
- Work with our marketing professionals to create impactful materials and leverage existing assets.
- Research our customers' needs to understand and emphasize the value proposition of all Quadient products.
- Ensure you have full visibility of Quadient's value proposition, unique selling points and competitive advantages.
- Create compelling sales proposals and presentations, both in person and virtually.
- Be our point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate resources within Quadient.
- Together with our Quadient´s pre-sales teams, you will recommend solutions tailored to the business needs of our customers.
**Profile**
- Experience in direct sales of software and/or SaaS solutions, ideally with knowledge of the CCM/CX software/market.
- Knowledge of the financial services sector and industry would be welcomed
- Excellent communications skills - ability to engage with diverse customers on different levels
- Experience in developing strategic and sustainable client relationships
- Strong business, financial and commercial acumen.
- Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written skills)
