We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our expanding Sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their national sales companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who has a proven track record in B2B software sales, particularly in the automotive OEM sector. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of sales and marketing in this industry and be passionate about driving digital transformation.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet quarterly objectivesIdentify and target potential clients in alignment with the company's overall strategyBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within OEMs and national sales companiesLead negotiations and effectively manage the entire sales processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor and report sales performance on a regular basisRequirementsSales experience in automotive retail and enterprise softwareKnowledge of SaaS, CRM, Digital Marketing, and e-ShoppingAbility to lead and manage a sales teamProven track record in accelerating sales cycles and closing complex dealsUnderstanding of business practices and industry trendsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English and Italian nativeBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldWorking pattern and location 40 hours per week, permanent contractMonday – FridayField based role - office based in Milan
