Responsibilities:
· Develop a business plan to ensure annual sales targets are met and exceeded whilst growing business in an established and competitive market.
· Ability to manage Protect & Grow as well as a high focus for acquiring net new clients
· Selling both directly and engaging closely with strategic alliance and channel partners
· Comparable software sales experience is necessary to understand quickly the challenges within your assigned named accounts and be able to debate and advise with the view of achieving credibility is essential.
· Understand and exemplify Blue Prism's customer success first and people first mantra that they have built their culture around.
· Has a passion for understanding customer needs and providing feedback to the central management team including product/product marketing to further the company's position and win more satisfied customers in the region.
· Proven experience of accurate and timely revenue forecasting & planning especially personal ownership of the sales pipeline, forecasting regional sales revenues through accurate management.
· Effectively communicate the Blue Prism value proposition through presentations with the Client and the Partners, managing complex sales opportunities and navigating sales cycles with many stakeholders.
Requirements:
· High Achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite
· You will have a very positive mindset, high energy, passionate and driven to achieve personal and team targets

· Strong financial and business acumen
· Excellent planning and organisational skills
· Experience of compiling and owning go to market strategy for sectors/customers of remit
· Experience of building pipeline and forecasting with accuracy
· Excellent communicator in Italian and English - both written and verbally with ability to persuade and negotiate with impact
· Inquisitive and tenacious in a complex competitive scenario.
· Ability to operate and work with a team to support themselves and the partners.
· Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.

Additional Skills, Experience, Languages:
· An understanding of Enterprise technologies, RPA and IA technologies would be an advantage
· Experience of working in a matrix structure
· Knowledge of building and evolving organisations requiring discipline, structure, process, technology and people
· Experience of working with leadership teams
· Experience of working in Italy
