We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to set up and lead the Enterprise Marketing function for Amazon Business.
The person will lead a team of sales and marketing associates to manage acquisition/engagement channels of tele-sales and digital marketing.
The person will be responsible for designing and building new acquisition programs and executing campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition and engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for and deep experience in Sales & Marketing and should be able to multi-task multiple programs and projects at one time.
Key Job Responsibilities As an Enterprise Marketing Leader, you will have the opportunity to: Lead a team of highly skilled Sales/Marketing associates and manage agencies who engage with Medium and Large Enterprises from prospecting, acquiring and driving account growth.
Create Go-to-market acquisition and engagement plans for all channels.
Build scalable performance marketing channels to reach and engage with the customers (e.g.
Search, Social, Tele-marketing, Email outbound, Feet on Street).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience communicating results to stakeholders Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint #J-18808-Ljbffr
