We're looking for a rockstar Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team in Milan and become part of a fast-growing sales environment.

The Impact You Will Have:

Build client relationships with enterprise businesses within a specified region

Prospect (via email, phone, & partner ecosystem), develop, and close business within a timely manner while focusing on the clients' requirements.

Negotiate and close agreements with Clients and support new customers through our on-boarding process.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives, product prioritization, partner enablement and interact daily with executive leadership.

Requirements
What You Have?

Extensive experience (5+ years) of successfully selling Software / SaaS, Enterprise license agreements across multiple lines of business.

Experience focussed on generating new business within Enterprise accounts

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Experience presenting complex topics to highly technical audiences as well as C-level stakeholders

Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment

A fluent knowledge of both Italian and English

A strong obsession with identifying new contacts, nurturing and expanding iGenius' relationship with new accounts to maximise revenue

What Would Be Nice To Have?

Previous Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics applications

Industry specific experience

Experience implementing MEDDPICC

A strong collaborator with experience in working with peers / partners across other business areas to close joint business

Determined to be successful and willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic, disciplined and ambitious

An overachiever consistently achieving and / or exceeding sales goals across designed geographic territory and have a track record in closing large, multi-year deals
