Collaborating with the marketing team to promote job openings and attract potential candidates. Utilizing recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and streamline the hiring process. Requirements: Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus. Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the online media industry. Excellent networking skills and ability to source candidates through various channels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
