RINA is currently recruiting for a Engineering Services for Construction Inspector to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Infrastructure Division.
Mission This role focuses on ensuring that construction projects adhere to all regulatory and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and evaluating construction activities to guarantee compliance with specifications and codes.
Key Accountabilities Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations.
Evaluate the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction projects.
Identify and report any deviations from project plans and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Keep accurate records of inspections, approvals, and rejections.
Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide guidance and support to construction teams to enhance overall project quality
Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS; #LI-AC2
Education
