Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Engineering Manager with expertise in Water Treatment Plants to lead the Client's engineering team located in Bucharest, Romania. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, project management, and mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of the construction of a Water Treatment Plant.
Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Water Treatment Plant engineering project, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, driving excellence in project delivery.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Romanian engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and project outcomes.Utilize in-depth knowledge of Water Treatment within the Oil & Gas industry standards, regulations, and best practices to guide engineering design and implementation.Stay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations, incorporating them into project strategies.Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry protocols.Engage with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure client satisfaction.Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and positive referrals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering).Proven experience in engineering management within the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on Water Treatment.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Extensive knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with advanced engineering software and modeling tools.Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in Water Treatment.Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the Water Treatment sector.If you are a results-driven Engineering Manager with a passion for leading teams in this dynamic field, we invite you to apply.
