In this role, he/she provides the technical and strategic direction of all technological development activities of the production site, ensuring the required production and expected standards through:
Studies, proposals, and implementation of factory investment projectsSupervision of effective operation of the plants and auxiliary servicesMaintenance management including water supply, energy supply, and wastewater treatmentYour ResponsibilitiesEnsure the technological level of the factory, existing plants, and new plantsEnsure the timely implementation of new projectsEnsure the testing of new equipmentCollaborate with the Energy and Electrical Manager to define plans for energy sources and technologyEnsure compliance with H&S Italian law and internal policies for accident preventionThe Experience We're Looking ForDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalentAt least 7 years of experience in a similar positionGood knowledge of health, safety at work, environmental protection legislation, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAPExcellent knowledge of English and ItalianThe Skills for SuccessSupply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship management, People Management, Business acumen, Financial acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced analytics, Data analytics, Manufacturing excellence.
