The role involves leading a team in the Conversion Domain, focused on optimizing lead-to-customer conversion and enhancing the purchase experience across Italy, the UK, and Spain. The goal is to maximize conversion rates and customer purchase value, driving significant revenue growth. As a leader, you will use your technical and leadership skills to deliver innovative software solutions that improve the conversion funnel and overall customer experience.
