Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an engineering or maintenance role within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related manufacturing industries.
Skills: Proven experience in managing filling lines and bulk preparation setups.
Strong knowledge of utility systems, including water systems, HVAC, chillers, and compressed air.
Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintenance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is a plus.
Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance and operations of two semi-solid and one liquid filling line, including bulk preparation setups.
Oversee utilities management, including water systems, chillers, compressed air systems, and facility infrastructure.
Ensure building upkeep and general maintenance of the manufacturing plant.
Lead efforts to upgrade the existing manufacturing infrastructure, including the replacement and modernization of equipment.
Manage the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment on the production lines.
Support manufacturing operations during product changeovers on the production lines.
Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective and timely maintenance and upgrades.
Manage the Track Trace and Serialization setup.
Establish and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards within the facility.
Collaborate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and operations.
