Engineering Manager

Wegreenit has begun the selection process for an ENGINEERING MANAGER to be integrated into its staff.

Reporting directly to the Group Engineering Director, they will have the following responsibilities:

coordinate the design department by managing large-scale architectural design orders in the civil sector, mainly related to the retrofitting of existing buildings, from residential to hotel management and supervision of orders from the pre-feasibility phase to the on-site executive phase, in accordance with the requests of the reference Project Manager and Site Manager management of direct relationships with the end customer for technical discussions or with other figures involved in the decision-making/planning/implementation processes management and coordination of the specific permitting procedures according to the related contract scope Qualifications required: The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering (or equivalent knowledge) and has gained at least 15 years of experience within design studios, engineering companies or construction companies. They must have gained expertise in managing all aspects of architectural design at all design levels and have gained experience in using BIM based design systems. The ability to manage projects for public procurement will be appreciated.

Must possess determination, ability to communicate effectively with interlocutors of various levels both internal and external, as well as method, rigor, problem solving, team building and teamwork skills.

Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.



Working hours: Full-time

Working days and hours: Monday – Friday from 9.00 to 18.00
