As an Engineering Design Intern, you will be part of the Engineering team and support ongoing projects for the Quattordio site. You will focus on feasibility and design studies for projects in collaboration with more senior members of the team, with the ultimate goal of taking ownership of one end-to-end project towards the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities: Main achievements: assist in the design development of ongoing and new projects.Deliverables: verify existing P&IDs, modify according to new designs, and understand specifications for new equipment.Goals: develop technical skills and knowledge, as well as understanding project management basics.Team structure: You will be part of a team of 5 Engineers, working in close collaboration with 1 or 2 senior team members, depending on your main area of interest (Automation, Chemical Plant Design, etc). Qualifications: Number of Years' experience: first experience or less than 2 years of experience.Education: Engineering Degree, preferred Chemical Engineering.Languages: Italian, English.Other preferred qualifications: AutoCAD.
