Managed by Gildo Zegna as Chairman and CEO, Zegna Group designs, creates and distributes luxury menswear and accessories under the Zegna brand and womenswear, menswear and accessories under the Thom Browne brand to over 500 stores, of which, as of December 31, 2021, 297 DOS (of which 245 Zegna and 52 Thom Browne), in 80 countries around the world, remaining committed to leveraging its rich heritage to build a better present and future.How Will You ContributeAs an Engineering Cost Specialist, you will oversee:Define the production cycles, analyzing methods at the production units and determining standard times through specific measurement systems;Cooperate with Design and Method Managers to prepare analyses useful to find method solutions;Cooperate with Design and Product Managers to provide a cost estimation;Analyze and optimize process methodologies;Analyze and optimize production processes applying Lean Production methodologies.Who You AreYou are a professional with previous experience (1-2 years) in a similar role.You have:Method and analysis skills;Problem-solving abilities;Teamwork capabilities;Target-oriented mindset;Previous experience using Excel, Word, and Microsoft Tools.
