Engineer/Scientist

You will serve as an ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Overseas Engineering of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC. In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the (GS-11) OR pay band (ND-03) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Overseeing the Information Technology Systems (ITS) infrastructure engineering services such as engineering, design, development, implementation and delivery of fully-integrated, enhanced IT capabilities to include Networking, Data Center/Cloud, Electronic Security System and/or Audiovisual technology.ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code CYBER IT/CYBERSECURITY proficiency level Advance/Master. The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
