As a Completions & Commissioning Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end commissioning process for mission-critical facilities, ensuring mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases are efficiently managed.
This includes working with electrical, mechanical, and control infrastructure, adhering to safety policies, and driving successful project delivery.
You will lead teams, manage scope, mitigate risks, and handle vendor/contractor coordination.
The role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
with 5+ years of experience or a trade background with 15+ years in commissioning.Extensive experience in mission-critical projects (data centers, power, oil & gas).Expertise in electrical/mechanical systems, QA/QC processes, and team leadership.Project management certification and experience managing high-performing teams.Strong client and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:Manage commissioning processes, ensuring equipment completion aligns with the program.Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for mechanical, electrical, and control system commissioning.Identify risks, plan mitigations, and manage scope changes.Write technical documents (ITP, ITR, test reports).Hands-on management of testing, inspections, and punch lists.Collaborate with QA/QC teams to meet objectives.Soft Skills:Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Commercial awareness and ability to manage project scope and risk.Client-facing experience and stakeholder alignment.Technical Focus (Specific to Electrical/Mechanical Systems):Electrical: Expertise in power systems (HV, MV, LV), generators, transformers, SCADA, EPMS, UPS systems, and fire alarms.Mechanical: Expertise in HVAC, piping systems, fuel transfer, chillers, and air handling systems.Other: Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
