You will focus on automatic inspection (AVI) of vials and syringes, contributing to our plant's success.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimization and Implementation: Optimize existing recipes and implement new inspection recipes and machines to ensure flawless operation.Customer Interaction: Assist the manager in resolving production issues and overseeing recipes for established products to ensure outstanding customer happiness.Collaboration: Work with internal functions to continuously improve vision system recipes and reduce false rejects.Technical Support: Coordinate the external technicians for interventions, either on-site or remotely.Production Improvement: Optimize vision system configurations to achieve desired production yields.Quality Assurance: Conduct checks and investigations for low yields or defect exceedances, adhering strictly to quality standards and regulations.Documentation: Perform functional tests and prepare technical documents to support deviations, change control, and optimizations.Requirements and QualificationsEducation: Degree in engineering/scientific fields or a technical diploma.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP regulations.Technical Skills: Understanding of vision systems operation.Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English.Experience: Prior experience with automatic inspection machines and vision systems for pharma (e.g., Seidenader, Optrel, Innoscan, SEA Vision) is a plus.Personal AttributesProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and determination to succeed.Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects successfully.Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational abilities to ensure efficient workflow.
