Engineer Ii, Field Service - Veneto Remote

As our new Field Service Engineer, you will deliver all service activities (which might include: Installation including related customer introduction, repairs, maintenance services, validation services, depot repair, technical support etc.
).You will be responsible to deliver all Service activities including Installation, customer introduction, Repairs, Maintenance Services, Validation Services etc..) on ICLC and LSMS systems.What will you do?
Working on instruments belonging to the ICLC - LSMS team (Ion and Liquid Cromatography – Life Science Mass Spectrometry) Performing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation.Assuring to deliver all the activities related to the specific instrumental branch (, Installations,Basic Trainings, Repairs and Maintenances, Qualification Services) by the highest possibleefficiency.Assuring customer satisfaction through excellence in repair and support.Being client-focused, working in conjunction with other ULS teams and Sales.Scheduling by priority all the repair, maintenance and qualification jobs.Other duties may be assigned.How will you get here?Professional background in Electronics/Chemistry/Engineering or related subjects.Minimum 1-5 years servicing analytical equipment or equivalent applications within life sciences• Demonstrated organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities• Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skillsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities• Good verbal and written communication skills (including in English), ability to work across all levels, functions and regions• PC skills• Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region (must drive) frequently as well as through Europe.
