Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for equipment and systems, ensuring all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently. Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, tools, materials, and spare parts, to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget. Work Order Management: Create, review, and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete, and maintenance activities are prioritized appropriately. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, conducting regular audits and inspections to verify compliance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies. Generate reports to inform management decisions. Coordination and Communication: Liaise with operations, engineering, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to operations. Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, procedures, and technologies, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and extend equipment life. Documentation and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and work orders, ensuring documentation is easily accessible and organized. Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in maintenance planning, particularly in a high-voltage or industrial environment. Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., Maximo); excellent communication and coordination abilities.
