Engineer - Electrical Maintenance STRATEGIC PLANNING
Oversees and executes the implementation of optimized Electrical equipment preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies in collaboration with CMG and other Maintenance Teams on major repair services and turnaround activities, by participating in the Department cascading of Facilities Strategic Plans to ensure alignment of the corporate goals / objectives and FOM's business priorities and directions. Supports the overall direction and objectives of the Electrical maintenance group, cascades the objectives set by the Maintenance Team to all Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance workforce, to align plans and programs with the geothermal facilities, with co-functional heads and other stakeholders' requirements. Follows the enforcement of the maintenance policies, guidelines, and procedures through collaboration with the engineers and technicians to make sure that all Electrical equipment maintenance personnel understand the requirements of the job, and that of the stakeholders. MAINTENANCE PLANNING
Oversees and executes effectively the developed facility Electrical equipment maintenance work programs by conducting maintenance needs analysis, and group's annual planning, including development of the group's up to individual goals of each maintenance staff through the performance management system (PACE) aligning both the group's goals for efficient delivery of site Electrical equipment maintenance services. Oversees and executes effectively the developed facility Electrical equipment maintenance plans and programs in collaboration with SMD functional heads and other functional groups (reliability, operations, etc), evaluates the frequency and appropriateness of the Electrical maintenance program to minimize unplanned Electrical maintenance and seeks management support and approval for funding and implementation of strategies. Oversees and executes work program and schedule from Maintenance Team Planner, presenting priority programs based on priorities and work alignment Maintenance Teams and the production groups, and provides technical inputs and guidance to the group in the selection of priority maintenance activities. MAINTENANCE EXECUTION
Oversees and executes the preventive and corrective Electrical equipment maintenance works through regular ( weekly, monthly, & annual) reviews with the Maintenance Team Heads to ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance for the geothermal facility are executed as planned, within budget, and compliant with the quality and safety requirement. QA / QC of Maintenance Execution
Follows the execution of the quality assurance plan from the established monitoring system by Maintenance Team Planner in monitoring the contractors' performance based on the terms of references, scope of works, technical data sheets, health, environment & safety requirements and material take-off to ensure that contractors comply with the company's requirements on quality, cost, and time. Contractor Management
Provides content / inputs specific to electrical equipment preventive and corrective maintenance requirements in developing the contractor / vendor qualification framework by closely collaborating with Maintenance Team Planner to capture the complete specifications, TORs, scope of work, & other resource requirements. Qualifies skills requirements of the contractors
Oversees and implements the contract execution in collaboration with Maintenance Planner and the Maintenance Team Heads by closely monitoring actual contractor's work implementation and performance ensuring all provisions and terms in the contract are followed to protect the company's interest. Maintenance Review
Provides inputs on technical guidance and direction among section field services technicians, discusses present and anticipated execution problems, approves and directs most appropriate course of action based maintenance priorities ( P1-P5), during shutdown and emergency maintenance. Follows the implementation on effective monitoring of the over-all progress of electrical maintenance works for electrical-based on maintenance integrated plans by reviewing group's key deliverables based on established group's goals, to promote collaboration and teamwork. EAM System Utilization
Performs the work order closure by ensuring that the scope of work are executed, correct data are captured through random reviews of the status of the maintenance activities in the EAM system, regular, weekly, monthly and annual reports generated from Maintenance Team Planner based on established maintenance analytics dashboards to keep track of the progress of electrical equipment maintenance performance. Maintenance Reporting
Reports electrical equipment preventive and corrective maintenance performance through proper execution and monitoring of the different maintenance activities to align and meet maintenance major performance metrics / targets. HES Compliance
Follows the enforcement of conducting daily pre-tasks and coordination meetings with the electrical maintenance and contractors personnel ensuring daily work activities and health, environment, & safety requirements are properly coordinated. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Establish partnership with Maintenance Teams on inventory management, supply & logistics by providing technical inputs in establishing a system on material / equipment preservation, material / equipment functional testing & assurance, Purchase Request to Good Receipt tracking, and technical evaluation to ensure maximum utilization, availability, & within acceptable standards. PROCESS AND SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENTS
Provide inputs in Electrical-related maintenance expertise in relation to continuous preventive maintenance improvements by participating in the reliability analysis workshop, risk-based analysis, and root-cause failure investigation to proactively address equipment failures. RISK MANAGEMENT INCIDENT INVESTIGATION AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
EMPLOYEE ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Attends seminars, government forums, etc., to keep abreast with new developments and provide technical inputs in the interpretation of Electrical Maintenance techniques and policies. Observes/enforces the Company Code of Employee Discipline in accordance with the established corporate policies and guidelines and other administrative orders. SAFETY CULTURE
Drives a culture of safety advocates at the business unit through observation and continuous enforcement of safety practices and policies in the section, encouraging all workers to report Safety observations and near-misses, and motivating all workers' involvement in Safety programs. Stops any substandard activities by performing safety observations from time to time to inject to all individuals that safety is of paramount importance in the EDC environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
