Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for Analog Design Engineer . To join our team, that is involved in development of integrated circuits at the heart of modern power systems. In this position, the successful candidate will work with an experienced team and be exposed to the entire product lifecycle from definition and requirements through IC design to silicon support.
This is a varied role with real impact on the business development of the organization.
Job Location: The VISHAY IC Design Team located in Northern Italy will be tasked with defining/designing and bringing to production complex analog & mixed power management ICs that are going to be at the core of – but not limited to - High Performance Computing systems.
What you will be doing:
Specification and design of analog & mixed-signal sub-systems Verification of design at block-level, IC level, and system level. Design-For-Testability (DFT) implementation. Maintenance of engineering documents in accordance with quality processes. Structured tracking and implementation of design improvements. Support for test-engineering, product engineering and operations as well as participation in ATE data reviews, limit reviews and device yield analysis. What you will bring along:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or higher qualification. Good knowledge of behavioral modelling (system-verilog, verilogams) Physical understanding and use experience of CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD Process Technologies as well as vertical technologies for discrete MOSFETs. Hands-on test and characterization of ICs. Review of test results and support to System Application Engineering, Test Engineering and Product Engineering. Self-motivated, individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills. Experience of working in wide-ranging roles and flexible environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
