RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Project Control Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italywithin the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.MissionRINA is looking for a candidate to join our Energy Project Control department.Key AccountabilitiesThe selected candidate will be dealing with: - cooperating to develop and implementing the strategic plan; - defining the general guidelines for the business operations in relationship to the strategy of the business unit; - planning & integration of goals and metrics pertaining the commercial, operative, quality, technical and financial objectives (revenues, margins, cash flow, credit collection, resources); - integration and problem-solves for closing gaps between performance and goals; - motivating and coaching the Operating Units to a high performance economic / financial mind-set; - leading and promoting efficiency and optimisation of the Operating Units in terms of revenues, margins, internal & external costs, invoicing, cash flow, credit collection; - ensuring the effectiveness of all internal and external processes and cost efficiency; - leading and supporting the operational units in carrying out the sales & project management process and procurement process; - analysing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions; - supervising back office activities (e.g.
