RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Efficiency and Hydrogen Junior Project Manager to join its office in Genova or Milano, Italy within the Energy Innovation Division.
Mission This role focuses on the project management of international R&D projects, focused on industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, and hydrogen. #LI-MP3
Job Responsibilities The new resource will be part of the team Energy Innovation Strategic Centre, which is mainly exposed to R&D projects and innovation activities. They will:
Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects, in the field of industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, hydrogen, decarbonization & energy transition Contribute to RINA's activities of technical development, in the framework of EU funded projects also interacting with international partners Contribute to or delivery reports and results European research and innovation projects involving industrial efficiency, and hydrogen Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals in the framework of European and international R&D programmes Contribute to the growth of RINA's network of R&D partners in the field of industrial efficiency, and hydrogen Qualifications Fluent in English and Italian Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results Good attitude to teamwork Open-minded to innovation, creativity and good attitude to networking MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futurePIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationEducation Degree in energy/mechanical engineering with focus on industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, and hydrogen
